Request a room on a lower floor if the elevators are still out of service to avoid unnecessary stair climbing.

I loved being just less than a 5-minute walk to Anna's House for breakfast, and it was only about 5 km to the Kalamazoo Valley Museum, which is full of amazing exhibits to enjoy.

The room was pretty okay. It had decent space and came with a mini-fridge and microwave, which was handy. However, the furniture looked a bit outdated, and the bedding wasn’t super comfy. It did the job for the night, but nothing stood out as great or terrible. Just your average stay if you need the basics.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made checking in a breeze and even assisted with my luggage. The room was quiet and comfortable, providing a nice atmosphere for rest. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, as I noticed some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.

I had a pleasant business stay at Baymont. The check-in process was efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed workspace. The hotel provided complimentary guest passes to the athletic club across the street, which was a great perk for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. Breakfast included a variety of options, including scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, making mornings enjoyable.

Had an awesome time with friends! We checked out the Miller Auditorium and the Kalamazoo State Theatre, both were cultural highlights. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. Don't expect luxury, but it gets the job done. Note, breakfast options were limited, though what was there was decent.
The only downside was the breakfast, which could have had more choices. Some items were lacking, like cereal and eggs.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Had a nice time despite some maintenance issues. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, though options were limited. My favorite part was the cozy seating area by the lobby. Tip, Ask for a room away from the stairwell for a quieter night.

Family stay with a twist
The staff was friendly and helped me haul my stroller up the stairs. Plus, they quickly got me into another room when my first one was not clean, which I really appreciated.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was still acceptable.
